Official Announcement Dear Members, Partners, and Enthusiasts of the Football Skating Community
It is with immense pride and excitement that I announce my invitation and forthcoming participation in the prestigious SportAccord World Business Summit, scheduled to take place in Birmingham, United Kingdom, from April 7th to April 11th, 2024. This summit is recognized as one of the most significant gatherings in the sports world, bringing together approximately 1,500 leaders from across the global sports community.
My journey with the International Federation has been both enriching and rewarding. Since 2012-2013, I have had the honor of serving as a member of the official board of directors, initially as the President of the Asia Confederation and then as the 1st Vice President of the International Federation. In 2017, I was elected as the President of the Federation International Football Skating (FIFS), a role I have embraced with dedication and a vision to elevate our sport to new heights.
Under my leadership, we have seen significant milestones, including the organization of the 15th Football Skating World Cup and the groundbreaking 1st Junior Football Skating World Cup, both set to take place in the United Arab Emirates from November 10th to 16th, 2024. These events are a testament to our collective efforts to nurture and promote Football Skating on a global scale.
My participation in the SportAccord World Business Summit represents a pivotal opportunity for our sport. It is a platform where I aim to forge new alliances and open expansive avenues for Football Skating, with the ultimate goal of paving our way towards Olympic recognition. This endeavor is not just a personal mission but a shared dream that we all hold dear within the Football Skating community.
As I prepare to represent our federation and sport at this global forum, I am filled with gratitude for the unwavering support and commitment of each one of you. Together, we have championed the cause of Football Skating, and it is with this collective spirit that I will advocate for our sport’s bright and promising future at the SportAccord Summit.
